The 14-3-3 gamma ywhag (Catalog #MBS1750006) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-14-3-3 gamma Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s 14-3-3 gamma can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Western Blot (WB).WB: 1:1000-1:2000
FC/FACS: 1:50. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the 14-3-3 gamma ywhag for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The 14-3-3 gamma ywhag product has the following accession number(s) (GI #21464101) (NCBI Accession #NP_036611.2) (Uniprot Accession #P61981). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the Anti-14-3-3 gamma Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (Western blot analysis of 14-3-3 gamma expression in HeLa cell lysate (MBS1750006).
Electrophoresis was performed on a 5-20% SDS-PAGE gel at 70V (Stacking gel) / 90V (Resolving gel) for 2-3 hours. The sample well of each lane was loaded with 50ug of sample under reducing conditions.
After Electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to a Nitrocellulose membrane at 150mA for 50-90 minutes. Blocked the membrane with 5% Non-fat Milk/ TBS for 1.5 hour at RT. The membrane was incubated with rabbit anti-YWHAG monoclonal antibody overnight at 4 degree C, then washed with TBS-0.1%Tween 3 times with 5 minutes each and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10000 for 1.5 hour at RT. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit with Tanon 5200 system. A specific band was detected for YWHAG )
Adapter protein implicated in the regulation of a large spectrum of both general and specialized signaling pathways. Binds to a large number of partners, usually by recognition of a phosphoserine or phosphothreonine motif. Binding generally results in the modulation of the activity of the binding partner.

In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing 14-3-3 gamma are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as 14-3-3 gamma may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
