The ALDOA aldoa (Catalog #MBS5310738) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s ALDOA can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Western Blot (WB).WB: 1:1000
ICC: 1:200
IF: 1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ALDOA aldoa for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The ALDOA aldoa product has the following accession number(s) (GI #49456715) (NCBI Accession #CAG46678.1) (Uniprot Accession #P04075). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the ALDOA antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Immunofluorescence (IF) (Immunofluorescent analysis of ALDOA in A549 cells, stained with DAPI (Blue) for nucleus staining and ALDOA antibody (1:200) with goat anti-mouse IgG-Alexa fluor 488 conjugate (Green).)
Aldolase (fructose bisphosphate aldolase), a glycolytic enzyme, catalyzes the conversion of fructose 1, 6-bisphosphate to 3-phosphoglyceraldehyde. This ubiquitous enzyme is present as three different isozymes: aldolase A, aldolase B, and aldolase C. Research studies suggest that aldolase An expression potentially differentiates between nonneoplastic liver diseases and hepatocarcinoma. Aldolase An is found in the developing embryo and is produced in even greater amounts in adult muscle. Aldolase An expression is repressed in adult liver, kidney, and intestine and similar to aldolase C levels in brain and other nervous tissue.
Immunogen: ALDOA antibody was raised in Mouse using recombinant human ALDOA (1-364aa) purified from E Coli as the immunogen. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing ALDOA are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as ALDOA may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. ALDOA also interacts with the following gene(s): FBP1, GAPDH, PFKL, PFKM, PFKP, TKT, TPI1. Adenocarcinoma, Brain Diseases, Breast Neoplasms, Carcinoma, Hepatocellular, Inflammation, Liver Diseases, Liver Neoplasms, Lung Neoplasms, Necrosis, Neoplasms are some of the diseases may be linked to ALDOA antibody. Bone, Brain, Heart, Liver, Lung, Muscle, Testis, Uncharacterized Tissue, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein.
