The ANAPC7 anapc7 (Catalog #MBS225437) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ANAPC7 Antibody with Control Lysate reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s ANAPC7 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB).WB: 1:1000
Western Blotting: Detects a band of approximately 67 kDa in K562 cell lysates. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ANAPC7 anapc7 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The ANAPC7 anapc7 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #294862527) (NCBI Accession #Q9UJX3.4) (Uniprot Accession #Q9UJX3). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the ANAPC7 Antibody with Control Lysate with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (Western blot analysis of whole cell lysates probed with ANAPC7 antibody followed by detection with HRP conjugated Goat anti Mouse IgG (1/10,000) and visualized on the ChemiDoc MP with 300 second exposure. Arrow points to ANAPC7 (molecular weight 67 kDa))
Immunogen: E Coli derived recombinant protein corresponding to the C terminal of ANAPC7. Lysate Composition: 400ug K562 lysate lyophilized in RIPA buffer.
Lysate Reconstitution: If using DDT reconstitute the lyophilized lysate with 190mul DI H2O, add 200mul 2x Laemmli Sample Buffer and 10mul 2M DTT.
If using BME reconstitute the lyophilized lysate with 180mul DI H2O, add 200mul 2x Laemmli Sample Buffer and 20u. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing ANAPC7 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as ANAPC7 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. ANAPC7 also interacts with the following gene(s): ANAPC10, ANAPC2, ANAPC4, ANAPC5, CDC16, CDC20, CDC23, CDC27. Adenocarcinoma, Breast Neoplasms, Cell Transformation, Neoplastic, Depressive Disorder, Inflammation, Learning Disorders, Memory Disorders, Necrosis, Urinary Bladder Neoplasms are some of the diseases may be linked to ANAPC7 Antibody with Control Lysate. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Bladder, Blood, Brain, Lung tissues are correlated with this protein.
