The BIN3 bin3 (Catalog #MBS831729) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s BIN3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB).FC: 1:100
IF: 1:100
IHC: 1:150
WB: 1:500-2000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the BIN3 bin3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The BIN3 bin3 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #8923904) (NCBI Accession #NP_061158) (Uniprot Accession #Q9NQY0). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the BIN3 antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (Western Blot analysis of HEK293T cell lysates (5 ug) transfected with either recombinant BIN3 protein (Right) or empty vector (Left) detected with BIN3 antibody)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Immunohistochemical analysis of BIN3 protein in paraffin embedded Human thyroid tissue using BIN3 antibody)
Immunofluorescence (IF) (Immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected with recombinant BIN3 protein using BIN3 antibody)
Mouse monoclonal BIN3 antibody.
Biological Significance: BIN3 is a member of the BAR domain protein family. The encoded protein is comprised solely of a BARdomain which is predicted to form coiled-coil structures and proposed to mediate dimerization, sense and induce membrane curvature, and bind small GTPases. BAR domain proteins have been implicated in endocytosis, intracellulartransport, and a diverse set of other processes. Cross-Reactivity: Human, Dog, Monkey
Immunogen: BIN3 antibody was raised in mouse using a full length recombinant protein of human BIN3 (NP_061158) produced in HEK293T cells, as the immunogen. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing BIN3 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as BIN3 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Blood, Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Eye, Lung, Muscle, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. Lung Diseases, Lung Neoplasms are some of the diseases may be linked to BIN3 antibody. BIN3 also interacts with the following gene(s): BIN1, BIN2, MEPCE, RAC1.
