The c-erbB3 n/a (Catalog #MBS600037) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The c-erbB3 (HER 3, ErbB3) (BSA & Azide Free) reacts with Bovine, Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s c-erbB3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP).Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot.
Dilution: Immunoprecipitation (Native and denatured): 2ug/mg protein lysate (Use Protein A).
Western Blot: 1ug/ml for 2 hrs at RT.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the c-erbB3 n/a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the c-erbB3 (HER 3, ErbB3) (BSA & Azide Free) with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (Western Blot, human cells using MBS600037.)
c-erbB3/HER3 is the third member of the type I family of growth factor receptors. It binds to ligands in the heregulin family. c-erbB3 is over expressed in a variety of tumors including breast, stomach pancreas and colon. Heregulin and EGF stimulate tyrosine phosphorylation of c-erbB3 to different extents.
Immunogen: Recombinant rat c-erbB-3/HER-3 oncoprotein expressed in insect cells and purified by metal-chelating chromatography.
Cellular Localization: Cytoplasmic and cell membrane. Positive Control: T47D cells. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing c-erbB3 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as c-erbB3 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
