The CBLB cblb (Catalog #MBS2527223) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CBLB Monoclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s CBLB can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF), ELISA (EIA).
WB: 1:500-1:5000
IHC: 1:100-1:400
IF: 1:50-1:500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CBLB cblb for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

The CBLB cblb product has the following accession number(s) (GI #1012443564) (NCBI Accession #NP_001308717.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q13191). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the CBLB Monoclonal Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (Western Blot analysis of RAW 264.7 cells using CBLB Monoclonal Antibody at dilution of 1:1000)
Western Blot (WB) CBLB.

CBLB(E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase CBL-B) is also known as RNF56 and plays a necessary role to prevent the inappropriate activation of NF-B in response to lipopolysaccharide and to polymicrobial sepsis. CBLB can be phosphorylated on tyrosine and serine residues upon TCR or BCR activation, and upon various types of cell stimulation. It also has a crucial role in the prevention of chronic inflammation and autoimmunity. This protein has 3 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.

Immunogen: Fusion protein of CBLB. Buffer: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, PH7.3
Conjugation: Unconjugated. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CBLB are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CBLB may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Blood, Bone, Bone Marrow, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Lymph, Lymph Node, Muscle, Stomach tissues are correlated with this protein. CBLB also interacts with the following gene(s): CRKL, EGFR, GRB2, SH3KBP1, SYK, UBC, VAV1. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Adenocarcinoma, Atrophy, Cell Transformation, Neoplastic, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Lung Diseases, Multiple Sclerosis, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Experimental, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to CBLB Monoclonal Antibody.
