The CD100 sema4d (Catalog #MBS213572) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CD100 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS).
Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul.
Flow Cytometry: Maximum Dilution: Neat. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD100 sema4d for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

The CD100 sema4d product has the following accession number(s) (GI #214010220) (NCBI Accession #NP_001135759.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q92854). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the MOUSE ANTI HUMAN CD100:RPE with the following immunoassay(s):
Testing Data (Staining of human peripheral blood lymphocytes with Mouse anti Human CD100:APC (MBS214898))
Testing Data CD100.

Mouse anti Human CD100 antibody, clone A8 recognizes the human CD100 cell surface antigen, a 150kDa homodimeric glycoprotein expressed at low levels by peripheral blood T cells, and at higher density on activated T cells and B cells.

Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 1 ml distilled water.
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide
1% Bovine Serum Albumin
5% Sucrose
Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant. Immunogen: Human PHA activated lymphocytes
Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line.
Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Human. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD100 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD100 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Atherosclerosis, Brain Diseases, Cardiovascular Diseases, Disease Models, Animal, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Lung Diseases, Necrosis, Neovascularization, Pathologic, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to MOUSE ANTI HUMAN CD100:RPE. Blood, Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Lymph Node, Nerve, Skin, Spinal Cord tissues are correlated with this protein. CD100 also interacts with the following gene(s): ARHGEF11, ARHGEF12, CD72, ERBB2, GRLF1, MET, PLXNB1, PTPRC, RND1, RRAS.
