The CD100 n/a (Catalog #MBS601823) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CD100 (Leukocyte Semaphorin) (Biotin) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s CD100 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS).Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections
Flow Cytometry Protocol: 1. 5x10e5 cultred human HPB-MLT cells were washed and preincubated for 45 minutes on ice with 80ul of C2445-25B at 1ug/ml.
2. Wash cells twice and incubate with Streptavidin (PE).
3. Wash cells three times, fix and analyze using FACS.
3. Cells were stained positive with a mean shift of 0.83 log10 flourescent units when compared to a mouse IgGM/Biotin negative control at a similar concentration.
4. Binding was blocked when pre-incubatde 10 minutes with 20ul of 0.5mg/ml CD100 (C2445-25A). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD100 n/a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the CD100 (Leukocyte Semaphorin) (Biotin) with the following immunoassay(s):
Testing Data
Human CD100 is a transmembrane glycoprotein that belongs to the semaphorin gene family and is found on most hematopoietic cells except RBC, platelets and immature bone marrow cells. CD100 plays a key role in lymphocyte activation.
Immunogen: PHA stimulated human PBL. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD100 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD100 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
