Testing Data (Staining of the mouse J774 cell line with Rat anti Mouse CD115 : RPE (MBS215327))
Rat anti Mouse CD115 antibody, clone 604B5 2E11 recognizes the murine CD115 cell surface antigen, also known as the M-CSF receptor and as c-fms. CD115 is expressed by cells of the monocytic lineage and by progenitor cells. Rat anti Mouse CD115 antibody, clone 604B5 2E11 has been shown to inhibit in vitro colony formation in response to M-CSF in both rats and mice.
Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by ion exchange chromatography. Immunogen: RAW 264 cells
Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunised Sprague Dawley rats were fused with cells of the P3-653 myeloma cell line.
Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Mouse. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD115 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD115 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Breast Neoplasms, Cardiovascular Diseases, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Leukemia, Myeloid, Acute, Lung Diseases, Lung Neoplasms, Lymphoma, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Experimental are some of the diseases may be linked to RAT ANTI MOUSE CD115:Preservative Free. Blood, Bone, Bone Marrow, Brain, Joint, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Skin, Spleen tissues are correlated with this protein.
