The CD11b cd11b (Catalog #MBS224754) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CD11b can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistology Frozen, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunoprecipitation (IP).Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells or 100ul whole blood.
Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: 1/100; Maximum Dilution: 1/200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD11b cd11b for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CD11b cd11b product has the following accession number(s) (GI #1616950) (NCBI Accession #AAB16869.1). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the MOUSE ANTI RABBIT CD11b with the following immunoassay(s):
Testing Data #1 (Staining of rabbit peripheral blood granulocytes with MOUSE ANTI RABBIT CD11b (MBS214193))
Mouse anti Rabbit CD11b antibody, clone 198 recognizes the rabbit CD11b cell surface glycoprotein, also known as the integrin alpha M chain and MAC-1. Clone 198 immunoprecipitates two proteins of molecular weight 165kD and 95kD from granulocytes. It recognizes monocytes, macrophages and neutrophils by flow cytometry and is thought to be against the homologue of human CD11b. In immunohistochemistry good staining of macrophages is observed.
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide (NaN3)
Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant. Immunogen: Rabbit adherent blood leucocytes
Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the SP2/0.Ag14 mouse myeloma cell line.
Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Rabbit. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD11b are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD11b may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
