The CD16 fcgr3a (Catalog #MBS9400406) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Mouse anti-Human CD16, PE Conjugated mAb reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s CD16 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunofluorescence (IF).
Vol.per.Test: 10 ul/Test. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD16 fcgr3a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

The CD16 fcgr3a product has the following accession number(s) (GI #8176551) (NCBI Accession #AAB33925.2). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the Mouse anti-Human CD16, PE Conjugated mAb with the following immunoassay(s):
Testing Data (Human peripheral blood lymphocytes analyzed with PE CD16 mAb)
Testing Data CD16.

COC16 reacts with human CD16, a 50-65 kDa Fcg receptor IIIa (FcgRIII), expressed on NK cells, monocytes/macrophages and granulocytes. It is a human NK cell associated antigen. CD16 is a low affinity receptor for IgG which functions in phagocytosis and ADCC, as well as in signal transduction and NK cell activation. The CD16 antibody blocks the binding of soluble immune complexes to granulocytes.

Conjugates: PE. Target Name: CD16. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD16 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD16 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. CD16 also interacts with the following gene(s): FCGR2A, FCGR2B, PIK3CA, SYK. Breast Neoplasms, Cardiovascular Diseases, Disease Models, Animal, Hemorrhage, Inflammation, Intestinal Diseases, Kidney Diseases, Leukemia, Lupus Erythematosus, Systemic, Neoplasms, Experimental are some of the diseases may be linked to Mouse anti-Human CD16, PE Conjugated mAb. Blood, Brain, Intestine, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Ovary, Spleen, Stomach, Thyroid tissues are correlated with this protein.
