The CD195 ccr5 (Catalog #MBS212543) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CD195 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS).Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 100ul fresh whole blood.
Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: 1/50; Maximum Dilution: 1/100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD195 ccr5 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CD195 ccr5 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #4502639) (NCBI Accession #NP_000570.1) (Uniprot Accession #P51681). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Rat anti Human CD195 antibody, clone HEK/1/85a recognizes the human CD195 cell surface antigen, a 45kDa glycoprotein also known as CCR5. CD195 acts as a receptor for a number of chemokines including RANTES and eotaxin and also serves as a co-receptor for the entry of HIV into cells. CD195 is expressed by a subset of T lymphocytes and by monocytes.
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide
Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant. Immunogen: CHO cells transfected with human CCR5.
Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunised rats were fused with cell of the rat Y3 myeloma cell line.
Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Human. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD195 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD195 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Blood, Brain, Connective Tissue, Eye, Kidney, Lymph Node, Muscle, Pharynx, Prostate, Thymus tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Cardiovascular Diseases, Fibrosis, Hepatitis C, Hypersensitivity, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Lung Diseases, Necrosis, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to RAT ANTI HUMAN CD195.
