The CD200 cd200r1 (Catalog #MBS217046) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CD200 RECEPTOR 1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistology Frozen, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS), Functional Assays (FN), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blot (WB).Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul.
Immunohistology - Frozen: Minimum Dilution: 1/10; Maximum Dilution: 1/200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD200 cd200r1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CD200 cd200r1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #13027398) (NCBI Accession #NP_076443.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q9ES58). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the MOUSE ANTI RAT CD200 RECEPTOR 1:Low Endotoxin with the following immunoassay(s):
Testing Data (Rat Peritoneal Macrophages stained with Mouse anti Rat CD200 Receptor 1)
Mouse anti Rat CD200 Receptor 1 antibody, clone OX-102 recognizes the rat OX2 (CD200) receptor 1. This antigen is a heavily glycosylated 60-100kDa cell surface molecule expressed by cells of the myeloid lineage but not by T or B lymphocytes. Mouse anti Rat CD200 Receptor 1 antibody, clone OX-102 has been shown to block the interaction of OX2 receptor 1 with CD200.
Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant. Immunogen: Membrane fraction of thioglycollate-elicited rat peripheral cells.
Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunised Balb/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NSI myeloma cell line.
Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Rat. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD200 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD200 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Carcinoma, Disease Models, Animal, Fibrosis, Inflammation, Lung Diseases, Lupus Erythematosus, Systemic, Necrosis, Respiratory Tract Diseases, Respiratory Tract Infections, Skin Neoplasms are some of the diseases may be linked to MOUSE ANTI RAT CD200 RECEPTOR 1:Low Endotoxin.
