|The CD205 n/a (Catalog #MBS224401) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CD205 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS).
Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul
Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: Neat; Maximum Dilution: 1/10. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD205 n/a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CD205 n/a product has the following accession number(s) (GI #47564066) (NCBI Accession #NP_001001158.1). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the MOUSE ANTI BOVINE CD205:FITC with the following immunoassay(s):
Testing Data #1 (Bovine peripheral blood lymphocytes stained with Mouse anti Bovine CD205 (MBS224731) )
Mouse anti Bovine CD205 antibody, clone IL-A114 recognizes bovine CD205 (also known as DEC205) and originally described as BoWC6. CD205 is a cell surface antigen with an approximate molecular weight of 210-220kDa. CD205 is expressed on afferent lymph dendritic cells (veiled cells), B cells, a subset of T cells and by cortical and medullary thymocytes.
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide (NaN3)
1% Bovine Serum Albumin
Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant. Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the X63.Ag8.653 myeloma cell line
Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Bovine. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD205 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD205 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
