|The CD25 il2ra (Catalog #MBS224744) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CD25 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistology Frozen, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunoprecipitation (IP).
Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul
Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: 1/50; Maximum Dilution: 1/100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD25 il2ra for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CD25 il2ra product has the following accession number(s) (GI #27805941) (NCBI Accession #NP_776783.1) (Uniprot Accession #P12342). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Mouse anti Bovine CD25 antibody, clone IL-A111 recognizes the bovine CD25 cell surface antigen, a 55kDa glycoprotein also known as Interleukin-2 receptor alpha chain. Bovine CD25 is expressed by activated T cells. Clone IL-A111 is reported to block the IL-2 driven proliferation of Con A-induced blast cells/ bovine lymphocytes (Naessens et al. 1992).
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide
Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant. Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Bovine. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD25 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD25 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Arthritis, Rheumatoid, Cardiovascular Diseases, Diabetes Mellitus, Type 1, Immune System Diseases, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Lung Diseases, Multiple Sclerosis, Necrosis are some of the diseases may be linked to MOUSE ANTI BOVINE CD25. Skin tissues are correlated with this protein.
