The CD27 cd27 (Catalog #MBS2534402) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-Human CD27 Antibody (PE conjugated) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis (The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used <= 0.5 ug /106 cells in 100 ul). Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD27 cd27 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

The CD27 cd27 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #4507587) (NCBI Accession #NP_001233.1). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the Anti-Human CD27 Antibody (PE conjugated) with the following immunoassay(s):
Testing Data (Human peripheral blood lymphocytes stained with PE anti-human CD27)
Testing Data CD27.

CD27 is a 50-55 kD type I membrane protein also known as S152 and T14. It is a lymphocyte-specific member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. CD27 is expressed on medullary thymocytes, virtually all mature T cells, some B cells, and NK cells. CD27 binds to CD70 and plays an important role in costimulation of T cell activation, and regulation of B cell differentiation and proliferation. The cytoplasmic domains of CD27 have also been shown to interact with TRAF2 and TRAF5 to elicit NF-kappaB and SAPK/JNK activation.

Conjugation: PE. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD27 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD27 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. CD27 also interacts with the following gene(s): CCR3, CD40LG, CD5, CD70, CXCR3, IL10, SIVA1, TRAF2, TRAF3. Blood, Heart, Intestine, Kidney, Lung, Lymph, Lymph Node, Spleen, Thymus, Tonsil tissues are correlated with this protein. Carcinoma, Immune System Diseases, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Lung Diseases, Lymphoma, Memory Disorders, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Experimental, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Anti-Human CD27 Antibody (PE conjugated).
