Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) (Staining of C57BL/6 splenocytes with 0.125 ug of Armenian Hamster IgG Isotype Control (purple line) or 0.125 ug of CD305 antibody (blue line) followed by Anti-Armenian Hamster IgG (PE). Total viable F4/80+ cells were used for analysis.)
