The CD32 fcgr2a (Catalog #MBS210611) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CD32 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS).Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells or 100ul whole blood
Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: Neat; Maximum Dilution: 1/10. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD32 fcgr2a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CD32 fcgr2a product has the following accession number(s) (GI #210031822) (NCBI Accession #NP_001129691.1). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Mouse anti Human CD32 antibody, clone AT10 recognizes the human CD32 antigen, a 40kDa glycoprotein that acts as a low affinity receptor for IgG (also known as Fc gamma RII). The antigen mediates several functions including endocytosis, activation of secretion, cytotoxicity and immunomodulation. CD32 is expressed by B cells, monocytes, granulocytes and platelets. Clone AT10 blocks the binding of IgG to Fc gamma RII (Larsson et al. 1997).
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide
1% Bovine Serum Albumin
Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein A. Immunogen: K562 cell line
Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the NS1 myeloma cell line.
Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Human. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD32 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD32 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
