The CD33 cd33 (Catalog #MBS210645) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CD33 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS).Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells or 100ul whole blood.
Flow Cytometry: Maximum Dilution: Neat. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD33 cd33 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CD33 cd33 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #130980072) (NCBI Accession #NP_001076087.1) (Uniprot Accession #P20138). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Mouse anti Human CD33 antibody, clone WM53 recognizes the human CD33 cell surface glycoprotein. This antigen, considered to be specific for the myeloid lineage, has also been reported to be present on cells of lymphoid origin. Mouse anti Human CD33 antibody, clone WM53 immunoprecipitates a protein of ~75kDa from myeloid cells, a smaller protein of approximately 67kDa has been observed in immunoprecipitates from lymphoid targets.
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide
1% Bovine Serum Albumin
Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant. Immunogen: Human AML cells
Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NSI myeloma cell line.
Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Human. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD33 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD33 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
