|The CD34 cd34 (Catalog #MBS245534) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Mouse Monoclonal [clone 4H11] (IgG1,k) to Human CD34 reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s CD34 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC - Paraffin), Western Blot (WB), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS).
Flo, IHC-P (20 ug/ml), WB
Usage: This 4H11 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of TF-1 cells. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.5 ug per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell.. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD34 cd34 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CD34 cd34 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #4502661) (NCBI Accession #NP_001764.1) (Uniprot Accession #P28906). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the Mouse Monoclonal [clone 4H11] (IgG1,k) to Human CD34 with the following immunoassay(s):
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Anti-CD34 antibody IHC of human placenta. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody dilution 20 ug/ml.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) (Staining of TF-1 cells with 0.25 ug of Purified Mouse IgG1, K isotype control (open histogram) or 0.25 ug of Purified anti-human CD34 (4H11) (colored histogram) followed by PE Donkey F(ab')2 Fragment Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L, Minimal Reactivity to Rat IgG). Total viable cells were used for analysis.)
CD34 is a monomeric cell surface antigen with a molecular mass of approximately 110 kD that is selectively expressed on human hematopoietic progenitor cells. CD34 is a member of a family of single-pass transmembrane sialomucin proteins that show expression on early hematopoietic and vascular-associated tissue. CD34 is also an important adhesion molecule and is required for T cells to enter lymph nodes.
Target Species: Human
Immunogen Description: Human CD34. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD34 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD34 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
