|The CD38 cd38 (Catalog #MBS215059) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CD38 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS).
Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors. This may be reduced by using SeroBlock FcR.
Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: 1/10; Maximum Dilution: 1/20. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD38 cd38 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CD38 cd38 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #31542362) (NCBI Accession #NP_031672.2) (Uniprot Accession #P56528). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Rat anti Mouse CD38 antibody, clone 90 recognizes the murine CD38 cell surface antigen, a ~42-46kDa glycoprotein expressed by B lymphocytes, a proportion of peripheral T lymphocytes and by peritoneal macrophages. In the mouse CD38 is expressed by follicular B cells, is down regulated on germinal centre B cells, and not expressed by mature plasma cells. This pattern of expression contrasts strikingly with that seen in the human.
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide (NaN3). Immunogen: Mouse pre-B cells derived from IL-7 dependent bone marrow cultures.
Fusion Partners: Lymph node cells from an immunised rat were fused with cells of the mouse P3X63Ag.8.653 myeloma cell line.
Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Mouse. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD38 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD38 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Anemia, Breast Neoplasms, Carcinoma, Cardiovascular Diseases, Disease Models, Animal, Inflammation, Liver Diseases, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Experimental, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to RAT ANTI MOUSE CD38:FITC. Bone, Bone Marrow, Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Liver, Lung, Lymph Node, Skin, Spleen, Thymus tissues are correlated with this protein.
