The CD45 ptprc (Catalog #MBS210412) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CD45 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS).Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul.
Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: Neat; Maximum Dilution: 1/10. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD45 ptprc for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CD45 ptprc product has the following accession number(s) (GI #44242008) (NCBI Accession #AAS46946.1). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the MOUSE ANTI SHEEP CD45:Biotin with the following immunoassay(s):
Testing Data (Sheep granulocytes stained with Mouse anti Sheep CD45 (MBS224488) followed by Goat anti Mouse IgG H+L:FITC (MBS235142))
Mouse anti Sheep CD45 antibody, clone 1.11.32 recognizes the ovine CD45 (Leucocyte common antigen), which is expressed on all ovine lymphocytes, macrophages and granulocytes. Mouse anti Sheep CD45 antibody, clone 1.11.32 immunoprecipitates CD45 molecules of 190kD, 210kDa and 225kDa from lymph node lysates.
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide
1% Bovine Serum Albumin
Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant. Immunogen: Ovine efferent lymphatic duct lymphocytes.
Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS-1 myeloma cell line.
Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Sheep. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD45 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD45 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. CD45 also interacts with the following gene(s): CD22, CD4, CD79A, CD79B, CSK, CXCR4, FYN, LCK, LYN, SEMA4D. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Arthritis, Rheumatoid, Breast Neoplasms, Fibrosis, Hyperplasia, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Lung Diseases, Multiple Sclerosis, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Experimental are some of the diseases may be linked to MOUSE ANTI SHEEP CD45:Biotin. Blood, Bone, Bone Marrow, Liver, Lymph, Lymph Node, Skin, Spleen, Thymus, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein.
