|The CD45R n/a (Catalog #MBS214760) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CD45R can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS).
Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1 x 106 cells in 100ul.
Flow Cytometry: Maximum Dilution: Neat. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD45R n/a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the RAT ANTI DOG CD45R:RPE with the following immunoassay(s):
Testing Data (Staining of canine peripheral blood lymphocytes with rat anti-canine CD45R:FITC (MBS214759))
Testing Data (Staining of canine peripheral blood lymphocytes with rat anti-canine CD45R:Alexa Fluor488 )
Testing Data (Staining of canine peripheral blood lymphocytes with rat anti-canine CD45R:Alexa Fluor647 )
Rat anti Dog CD45R antibody, clone YKIX753.22.2 recognizes canine CD45R and was clustered at the First Canine Leucocyte Antigen Workshop (CLAW). It precipitates an antigen of 220kD from Con A Blasts, (Cobbold et al. 1994). It is expressed on subsets of leucocytes in canine blood of all out bred mongrels and beagles tested. Rat anti dog CD45R, clone YKIX753.22.2 binds to antigen immunoprecipitated by the Rat anti Dog CD45 antibody clone.
Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 1ml distilled water
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide
1% Bovine Serum Albumin
Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant. Immunogen: Canine thymocytes
Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunised DA rat were fused with cells of the Y3/Ag1.2.3 rat myeloma cell line.
Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Dog. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD45R are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD45R may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
