The CD62P selp (Catalog #MBS217233) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CD62P can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS).Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul.
Flow Cytometry: Maximum Dilution: neat. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD62P selp for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CD62P selp product has the following accession number(s) (GI #157419154) (NCBI Accession #NP_002996.2) (Uniprot Accession #P16109). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Mouse anti Human CD62P antibody, clone Psel.KO.2.5 recognizes the CD62P cell surface antigen, a 140kD glycoprotein also known as P-selectin. CD62P is expressed by activated platelets and endothelial cells, and plays an important role in adhesive processes between leucocytes and endothelial cells.
Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 1.0 ml distilled water
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide
1% Bovine Serum Albumin
5% Sucrose
Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant. Immunogen: CD62P transfected 300.19 cells.
Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunised CD62P knock-out mice (strain C57/B6) were fused with cells of the NS-1 myeloma cell line.
Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Human. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD62P are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD62P may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. CD62P also interacts with the following gene(s): CD63, CRP, ITGAM, ITGB2, SELPLG, STAT6. Atherosclerosis, Cardiovascular Diseases, Disease Models, Animal, Heart Diseases, Inflammation, Myocardial Infarction, Myocardial Ischemia, Necrosis, Stroke, Thrombosis are some of the diseases may be linked to MOUSE ANTI HUMAN CD62P:RPE.
