The CD75 n/a (Catalog #MBS666393) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The anti-human CD75-FITC reacts with Human, Pig and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s CD75 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), FPS. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD75 n/a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. To buy or view more detailed product information and pricing, please click on the technical datasheet page below:
Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the anti-human CD75-FITC with the following immunoassay(s):
Testing Data
Information: Human CD75 is an alpha 2, 6-sialylated carbohydrate molecule found mainly on mature B cells and germinal center B cells. CD75 appears to be a ligand for CD22. Antibody LN1 recognizes a molecule of about 53 kd.
Performance: Five x 105 cultured Raji human tumor cells were incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80 mul of anti-CD75/Biotin at 5 mug/ml. Cells were washed twice and incubated with 2 degree reagent Streptavidin/R-Phycoerythrin, after which they were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 2.53 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgM/Biotin negative control at a similar concentration. Binding was blocked when cells were pre incubated 10 minutes with 20 mul of 0.5 mg/ml anti-CD75 antibody. Conjugation: FITC
Production: Antibody from (low FBS containing) tissue culture supernatant was Protein A purified to >95% mouse immunoglobulin by SDS-PAGE (<1% bovine immunoglobulin), and reacted with NHS-Biotin. Unconjugated Biotin was removed from conjugate using a desalting column.
Buffer: 50 mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 500 mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl, 5% Glycerol, 0.2% BSA, 0.04% NaN3 (as a preservative).
Immunogen: PMA stimulated PBL. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD75 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD75 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
