The CD8 cd8a (Catalog #MBS224396) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CD8 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistology Frozen, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS).Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1 x 106 cells or cells or 100ul human whole blood.
Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: 1/10; Maximum Dilution: 1/20. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD8 cd8a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CD8 cd8a product has the following accession number(s) (GI #225007536) (NCBI Accession #NP_001139345.1). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Mouse anti Human CD8 monoclonal antibody, clone RPA-T8 recognizes the alpha-chain of the human CD8 antigen, a ~32kDa single pass type 1 membrane glycoprotein containing a single Ig-like V-type domain. CD8alpha forms either homodimers or disulphide bond linked heterodimers with the CD8beta chain. CD8 is expressed by thymocytes, the cytotoxic-suppressor subset of T cells and weakly by NK cells. CD8 functions as a receptor for MHC Class I molecules.
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide
Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography. Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Human. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD8 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD8 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Carcinoma, Cardiovascular Diseases, Fibrosis, Heart Diseases, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Liver Neoplasms, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Experimental are some of the diseases may be linked to MOUSE ANTI HUMAN CD8. CD8 also interacts with the following gene(s): CD3D, CD3E, CD4, CD8B, HLA-A, HLA-B, LCK. Blood, Brain, Connective Tissue, Heart, Intestine, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Spleen, Thymus tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
