The CD85j lilrb1 (Catalog #MBS216203) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CD85j can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistology Frozen, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS).
Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul.
Immunohistology - Frozen: Maximum Dilution: 1/100
Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: 1/50; Maximum Dilution: 1/200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD85j lilrb1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

The CD85j lilrb1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #612149791) (NCBI Accession #NP_001075106.2) (Uniprot Accession #Q8NHL6). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Mouse anti Human CD85j antibody, clone 4F9 recognizes CD85j, a member of the leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor (LIR) family. CD85j is a receptor for MHC Class I molecules and ligand binding results in inhibitory signals and down-regulation of the immune response. CD85j is expressed predominantly on B-cells and monocytes, and at lower levels on dendritic cells, T-cells and natural killer (NK) cells.

CD85j lilrb1

Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide (NaN3)
Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant. Immunogen: Monocyte derived dendritic cells
Histology Positive Control Tissue: Human tonsil
Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunised Balb/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse X63-Ag8.653 myeloma cell line.
Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Human. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD85j are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD85j may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. CD85j also interacts with the following gene(s): B2M, HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-G, LILRB2, PTPN6, SYK. Blood, Bone Marrow, Intestine, Lung, Lymph Node, Placenta, Spleen, Thymus, Tonsil, Uterus tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Bone Diseases, Cardiovascular Diseases, Gastrointestinal Diseases, Immune System Diseases, Inflammation, Leukemia, Lymphoid, Lymphoma, Necrosis, Nervous System Diseases, Skin Neoplasms are some of the diseases may be linked to MOUSE ANTI HUMAN CD85j.
