The CD90.1 thy1 (Catalog #MBS838298) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CD90.1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP).FC: <= 1 ug/test
A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal /formance in the assay of interest. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD90.1 thy1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CD90.1 thy1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #38325830) (NCBI Accession #AAR17087.1). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the CD90.1 antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) (Surface staining of rat splenocytes with CD90.1 antibody (FITC) (left) (PE) (right). Appropriate Isotype Controls were used (open histogram). Total viable cells were used for analysis.)
Mouse monoclonal CD90.1 antibody.
Biological Significance: The HIS51 monoclonal antibody reacts with rat CD90 and cross-reacts with mouse CD90.1, a GPI-linked membrane molecule. In the rat, CD90 is expressed by hematopoietic stem cells, immature B cells, thymocytes, recent thymic emigrants, neurons, inflammed endothelia and other cell types. In the CD90.1-expressing mouse strains, PL and AKR, CD90 is expressed by early hematopoietic cells in the bone marrow, thymocytes and mature T cells. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD90.1 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD90.1 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Brain, Connective Tissue, Embryonic Tissue, Eye, Heart, Lung, Pancreas, Skin, Spleen, Thymus tissues are correlated with this protein. Fibrosis, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Lung Diseases, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Experimental, Nerve Degeneration, Nervous System Diseases, Proteinuria are some of the diseases may be linked to CD90.1 antibody. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. CD90.1 also interacts with the following gene(s): Cd4, Cd5, Cd8a, Itgam, Itgax, Itgb2, Ptprc.
