The CD90 thy1 (Catalog #MBS224565) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CD90 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS).Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD90 thy1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CD90 thy1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #19923362) (NCBI Accession #NP_006279.2) (Uniprot Accession #P04216). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Testing Data #2 (Staining of HUT78 T cells with Mouse anti Human CD90:FITC (MBS211121))
Testing Data #3 (Staining of HUT78 T monocytes with Mouse anti Human CD90:Alexa FluorR 647 (MBS213193))
Mouse anti Human CD90 antibody, clone F15-42-1 recognizes the human CD90 cell surface antigen, a 25kD glycoprotein homologous to rat Thy1. The antigen is expressed by a subset of CD34+ve cells in the bone marrow and by prothymocytes within the thymus. CD90 is also expressed extensively within the brain. Mouse anti Human CD90 antibody, clone F15-42-1 is routinely tested in flow cytometry on the MOLT4 cell line.

Target Species: Human. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD90 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD90 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Blood, Bone, Bone Marrow, Brain, Eye, Kidney, Liver, Nerve, Spleen, Thymus tissues are correlated with this protein. Brain Diseases, Disease Models, Animal, Fibrosis, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Experimental, Nerve Degeneration, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to MOUSE ANTI HUMAN CD90:APC. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
