The CFL1 cfl1 (Catalog #MBS2540179) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CFL1 Monoclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s CFL1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF), ELISA (EIA).WB: 1:1000-1:10000
IHC: 1:20-1:200
IF: 1:20-1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CFL1 cfl1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CFL1 cfl1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #5031635) (NCBI Accession #NP_005498.1) (Uniprot Accession #P23528). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Western Blot (WB) (Western Blot analysis of HeLa cells using Cofilin Monoclonal Antibody at dilution of 1:2000)
Cofilin is an ubiquitous actin-binding protein required for the reorganization of actin filaments. It is a member of ADF (actin-depolymerizing factor)/cofilin family that is a key regulator of actin dynamics and essential for cellular motility, cytokinesis, and endocytosis. Cofilin activity is tightly regulated by phosphorylation and dephosphorylation. Phosphorylation at Ser3 can inhibit its activity, also causing translocation from the nucleus to the cytoplasm.
Immunogen: Fusion protein of Cofilin. Buffer: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, PH7.3
Conjugation: Unconjugated. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CFL1 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CFL1 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. CFL1 also interacts with the following gene(s): ACTA2, ACTB, LIMK1, NRK, SSH1, WDR1, YWHAG, YWHAZ. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Brain Diseases, Breast Neoplasms, Congenital Abnormalities, Disease Models, Animal, Drug Toxicity, Inflammation, Neoplasm Invasiveness, Neoplasm Metastasis, Neoplasms, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to CFL1 Monoclonal Antibody. Blood, Bone, Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Eye, Kidney, Lung, Muscle, Nerve, Uterus tissues are correlated with this protein.
