The CXCL10 cxcl10 (Catalog #MBS691025) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Mouse Anti-Human CXCL10 reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s CXCL10 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Neutr. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CXCL10 cxcl10 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The CXCL10 cxcl10 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #149999382) (NCBI Accession #NP_001556.2) (Uniprot Accession #P02778). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

IP-10 or CXCL-10 is a CXC chemokine that signals through the CXCR3 receptor. IP-10 selectively chemoattracts Th1 lymphocytes and monocytes, and inhibits cytokine-stimulated hematopoietic progenitor cell proliferation. Additionally, it is angiostatic and mitogenic for vascular smooth muscle cells. Recombinant human IP-10 is an 8.6 kDa protein consisting of 77 amino acids including the four conserved cysteine residues present in CXC chemokines.
Antibody Generation: This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a mouse) immunized with human recombinant CXCL10 (also called IP10). Reconstitution: Reconstitute the antibody with 200 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 500 ug/ml. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CXCL10 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CXCL10 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Blood, Intestine, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Lymph Node, Muscle, Nerve, Placenta, Uterus tissues are correlated with this protein. CXCL10 also interacts with the following gene(s): CCL11, CCL20, CCL5, CCR1, CCR3, CCR5, CXCL11, CXCL9, CXCR2, CXCR3. Cardiovascular Diseases, Fibrosis, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Lung Diseases, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Neoplasms, Experimental, Pneumonia are some of the diseases may be linked to Mouse Anti-Human CXCL10.
