The EMR1 emr1 (Catalog #MBS224576) is an Antibody produced from Hamster and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s EMR1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS).Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the EMR1 emr1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The EMR1 emr1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #372266078) (NCBI Accession #NP_001243181.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q14246). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the HAMSTER ANTI HUMAN EMR1 with the following immunoassay(s):
Testing Data #1 (Human eosinophils stained with Hamster anti Human EMR1 (MBS224708) followed by Goat anti Hamster IgG:Biotin (MBS235098) and Streptavidin:RPE (MBS238414))
Testing Data #2 (Human eosinophils stained with Hamster anti Human EMR1:RPE (MBS224415) )
Hamster anti Human EMR1 antibody, clone A10 recognizes human EMR1 (EGF-like module containing, mucin-like, hormone receptor-like 1). EMR1 is a seven-span transmembrane protein which is a member of the EGF-TM7 family of receptors. EMR1 is the human ortholog of murine F4/80 but unlike F4/80, the expression of EMR1 in humans is restricted to eosinophils and is not expressed on macrophage populations. The detailed structure and function of EMR1 is still unknown.
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide (NaN3)
Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G. Immunogen: Fibroblast cell line ARH102 expressing CD97-EMR1 (EGF1-6)
Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunised Armenian hamster were fused with cells of the mouse SP2/0 myeloma cell line.
Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Human. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing EMR1 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as EMR1 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. EMR1 also interacts with the following gene(s): CD55, CD68, CSF1R, MPEG1. Blood, Brain, Kidney, Placenta, Skin, Spleen, Thymus tissues are correlated with this protein. Atherosclerosis, Cardiovascular Diseases, Fatty Liver, Fibrosis, Inflammation, Insulin Resistance, Liver Diseases, Necrosis, Weight Gain, Weight Loss are some of the diseases may be linked to HAMSTER ANTI HUMAN EMR1.
