|The ESRRG esrrg (Catalog #MBS2542284) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ESRRG Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s ESRRG can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ESRRG esrrg for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The ESRRG esrrg product has the following accession number(s) (GI #343780856). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Estrogen-related receptor gamma (ERR-gamma), also known as NR3B3 (nuclear receptor subfamily 3, group B, member 3), is a member of nuclear hormone receptor family of steroid hormone receptors. As an orphan nuclear receptor, it binds specifically to an estrogen response element and activates reporter genes controlled by estrogen response elements. It behaves as a constitutive activator of transcription. 4-hydroxytamoxifen and diethylstilbestrol may act as inverse agonists and deactivate ESRRG. It also seems to be the target of bisphenol A. This antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody raised against residues near the C terminus of human ESRRG.
Immunogen: ESRRG fusion protein ag5127
Buffer: PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing ESRRG are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as ESRRG may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Heart, Intestine, Kidney, Mammary Gland, Muscle, Placenta, Testis, Uterus tissues are correlated with this protein. Adenocarcinoma, Breast Neoplasms, Carcinoma, Hepatocellular, Cardiovascular Diseases, Disease Models, Animal, Liver Diseases, Liver Neoplasms, Neoplasm Invasiveness, Prostatic Neoplasms, Vascular Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to ESRRG Antibody. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. ESRRG also interacts with the following gene(s): ESRRA, NR0B2, PNRC2, PPARGC1A, PPARGC1B.
