The EZH2 s100b (Catalog #MBS476838) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-EZH2 Mouse mAb reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s EZH2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the EZH2 s100b for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The EZH2 s100b product has the following accession number(s) (GI #958924459) (NCBI Accession #JAO97933.1). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Entrez Summary: This gene encodes a member of the Polycomb-group (PcG) family. PcG family members form multimeric protein complexes, which are involved in maintaining the transcriptional repressive state of genes over successive cell generations. This protein associates with the embryonic ectoderm development protein, the VAV1 oncoprotein, and the X-linked nuclear protein. This protein may play a role in the hematopoietic and central nervous systems. Multiple alternatively splcied transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
Immunogen: Purified recombinant fragment of S100B expressed in E Coli. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing EZH2 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as EZH2 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Brain Diseases, Brain Injuries, Cardiovascular Diseases, Cognition Disorders, Disease Models, Animal, Heart Diseases, Hemorrhage, Inflammation, Necrosis, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Anti-EZH2 Mouse mAb. Adipose Tissue, Blood, Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Eye, Heart, Lung, Nerve, Skin, Spinal Cord tissues are correlated with this protein. EZH2 also interacts with the following gene(s): AGER, AHNAK, FGF2, GFAP, HMGB1, IQGAP1, S100A1, TP53.
