The G-CSF csf3 (Catalog #MBS690784) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Rat Anti-Mouse G-CSF reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s G-CSF can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Neutr. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the G-CSF csf3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The G-CSF csf3 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #6753536) (NCBI Accession #NP_034101.1) (Uniprot Accession #P09920). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

G-CSF is a hematopoietic growth factor that stimulates the development of committed progenitor cells to neutrophils and enhances the functional activities of the mature end-cell. It is produced in response to specific stimulation by a variety of cells including macrophages, fibroblasts, endothelial cells and bone marrow stroma. G-CSF is being used clinically to facilitate hematopoietic recovery after bone marrow transplantation. Human and mouse G-CSF are cross-species reactive. Recombinant murine G-CSF is a 19.0 kDa protein consisting of 179 amino acid residues.
Antibody Generation: This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a rat) immunized with mouse recombinant protein of G-CSF (Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor). Reconstitution: Reconstitute the antibody with 200 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 500 ug/ml. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing G-CSF are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as G-CSF may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Lung, Mammary Gland tissues are correlated with this protein. Anemia, Brain Injuries, Breast Neoplasms, Disease Susceptibility, Leukemia, Myeloid, Acute, Leukopenia, Nervous System Diseases, Neutropenia, Peripheral Nervous System Diseases, Pulmonary Fibrosis are some of the diseases may be linked to Rat Anti-Mouse G-CSF. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
