The GPR73A n/a (Catalog #MBS604243) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The GPR73A (Prokineticin Receptor 1) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s GPR73A can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS).Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug/ml labeled 10e6 human blood-derived monocytes. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the GPR73A n/a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

GPR73A is a 7-transmembrane glycoprotein of the GPCR family. The extracellular portions of human GPR73A share 81% and 78% aa identity with corresponding portions of mouse GPR73A and human GPR73B, with non-identity mainly in the N-terminal sequences. Both GPR73A and GPR73B mediate the effects of prokineticins 1 and 2. This includes mitogenic regulation of angiogenesis in endocrine glands and stimulation of contraction in gastrointestinal smooth muscle.
Immunogen: NSO cells transfected with human GPR73A (Met1-Lys393) (Accession #Q8TCW9). In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing GPR73A are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as GPR73A may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
