The HA-Tag n/a (Catalog #MBS1750161) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-HA-Tag Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s HA-Tag can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB).WB: 1:3000-1:10000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HA-Tag n/a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the Anti-HA-Tag Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (Western blot analysis of HA-tag fusion protein, using HA tag Antibody (MBS1750161).
Electrophoresis was performed on a 5-20% SDS-PAGE gel at 70V (Stacking gel) / 90V (Resolving gel) for 2-3 hours. The sample well of each lane was loaded with 50ug of sample under reducing conditions.
After Electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to a Nitrocellulose membrane at 150mA for 50-90 minutes. Blocked the membrane with 5% Non-fat Milk/ TBS for 1.5 hour at RT. The membrane was incubated with rabbit anti-HA-Tag monoclonal antibody overnight at 4 degree C, then washed with TBS-0.1%Tween 3 times with 5 minutes each and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10000 for 1.5 hour at RT. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit with Tanon 5200 system. A specific band was detected for HA-Tag )
Immunogen: A synthesized peptide. Contents: Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing HA-Tag are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as HA-Tag may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
