Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the Anti-IDN3/NIPBL Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Anti-NIPBL antibody IHC of human colon. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody concentration 10 ug/ml.)
IDN3/NIPBL is the homolog of the Drosophila melanogaster Nipped-Bgene product and fungal Scc2-type sister chromatid cohesion proteins. The Drosophila protein facilitates enhancer-promoter communication ofremote enhancers and plays a role in developmental regulation. It isalso homologous to a family of chromosomal adherins with broad roles insister chromatid cohesion, chromosome condensation, and DNA repair.
Immunogen: Delangin peptide (BSA).
Conjugation: Unconjugated. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing IDN3/NIPBL are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as IDN3/NIPBL may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. IDN3/NIPBL also interacts with the following gene(s): MAU2, PDS5B, RAD21, SMC1A, SMC3, STAG1, STAG2, STAG3. Blood, Bone, Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Esophagus, Eye, Heart, Lung, Mouth, Muscle tissues are correlated with this protein. Abnormalities, Multiple, Bone Diseases, Developmental, Cleft Palate, Cognition Disorders, Congenital Abnormalities, Craniofacial Abnormalities, De Lange Syndrome, Disease Models, Animal, Heart Defects, Congenital, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Anti-IDN3/NIPBL Antibody. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
