The IL20RA il20ra (Catalog #MBS2543971) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Rabbit anti HumanIL20RA Monoclonal Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s IL20RA can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA).ELISA: 0.5-1 mug/mL. This antibody can be used at 0.5-1 mug/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect Human IL20Ra. The detection limit for Human IL20Ra is 0.00245 ng/well. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IL20RA il20ra for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The IL20RA il20ra product has the following accession number(s) (GI #524591016). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Interleukin 20 receptor, alpha subunit (IL20RA/IL-20RA) also known as IL-20 receptor subunit alpha, Cytokine receptor class-II member 8, interleukin-20 receptor I, and interleukin-20 receptor subunit alpha, is a subunit for the interleukin-20 receptor. IL20RA/IL-20RA belongs to the type II cytokine receptor family. This cytokine is a receptor for interleukin 20 (IL20), a cytokine that may be involved in epidermal function. The receptor of IL20 is a heterodimeric receptor complex consisting of this protein and interleukin 20 receptor beta (IL20B). IL20RA forms heterodimer with IL20RB, and the complex serves as a receptor for IL19, IL20 and IL24. All three are capable of signaling through IL-20RA/IL-20RB complex. The ligand binding to receptor B creating a high-affinity binding site for the receptor A which is recruited to complete the complex. In addition, IL20RA also forms a heterodimer with the unique and specific receptor IL10RB and functions as the receptor for IL26. IL20RA is widely expressed with highest levels in skin, testis and brain. The expression of both IL20RA and IL20RB is found to be upregulated in psoriatic skin lesions on keratinocytes.
Immunogen: Recombinant Human IL20RA protein
Buffer: 0.2 mum filtered solution in PBS with 5% trehalose. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing IL20RA are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as IL20RA may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
