Western Blot (WB) (Western Blot analysis of K-562 cells using IL21R Monoclonal Antibody at dilution of 1:1500)
IL21R, a receptor for interleukin-21, belongs to the type I cytokine receptor family. IL21R has been shown to form a heterodimeric receptor complex with the common gamma-chain, a receptor subunit also shared by the receptors for interleukin 2, 4, 7, 9, and 15. This receptor transduces the growth promoting signal of IL21, and is important for the proliferation and differentiation of T cells, B cells, and natural killer (NK) cells. The ligand binding of this receptor leads to the activation of multiple downstream signaling molecules, including JAK1, JAK3, STAT1, and STAT3.
Immunogen: Fusion Protein of IL21R

Available antibodies recognizing IL21R are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as IL21R may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Blood, Bone Marrow, Brain, Kidney, Liver, Lymph, Lymph Node, Spleen, Thymus, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. Heart Diseases, Hematologic Diseases, Hepatitis, Inflammation, Liver Diseases, Lung Neoplasms, Lupus Erythematosus, Systemic, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Neoplasms, Experimental are some of the diseases may be linked to IL21R Monoclonal Antibody. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
