The ITGB7 itgb7 (Catalog #MBS632626) is an Antibody produced from Hamster and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Integrin, beta7 reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s Integrin, beta7 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS).Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry.
Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ITGB7 itgb7 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The ITGB7 itgb7 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #119617081) (Uniprot Accession #P26010). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) (Flow Cytometry Analysis: Representative lot data.|Human PBMC's stained with MBS632626 (green|histogram) or with anti-hamster IgG coonjugated to Biotin followed by Streptavidin FITC.)
Integrin beta7 is an adhesion molecule belonging to the integrin beta chain family. It forms heterodimers with the alpha subunit, most notably the integrin alpha4 and alphaE subunits, functioning to mediate migration and homing of lymphocytes to the gut-associated lymphoid tissue (GALT). The heterodimer formed with alpha4, alpha4, beta 7 is specifically involved in the homing and migration of lymphocytes to the gut, while alphaE beta7 is involved in the binding of T lymphocytes to epithelial cells and is induced by TGF beta1. Integrin beta7 has been observed in several different leukocyte lines.
Immunogen: Purified human integrin beta7 protein. Positive Control: Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC\'s). In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing ITGB7 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as ITGB7 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Blood, Embryonic Tissue, Intestine, Lung, Lymph, Lymph Node, Placenta, Uterus tissues are correlated with this protein. Asthma, Drug Toxicity, Inflammation, Intestinal Diseases, Leukemia, Lymphoma, Melanoma, Multiple Myeloma, Neoplasm Invasiveness, Neoplasms are some of the diseases may be linked to Integrin, beta7. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
