The KLRC1 klrc1 (Catalog #MBS604679) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The NKG2A,C,E reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s NKG2A,C,E can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS).Flow cytometry 1
Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1ug/10e6 cells. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the KLRC1 klrc1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The KLRC1 klrc1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #7262384) (NCBI Accession #NP_015567.1) (Uniprot Accession #P26715). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Mouse CD94/NKG2 is a natural killer (NK) cell receptor for the non-classical MHC class I molecule Qa-1b.2, 3 NKG2 is expressed on NK cells, lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) T cells, and some CD8+ memory T cells. Two-color immunofluorescent staining with the antibody reveals two distinct NKG2+ phenotypes within the NK1.1+CD3- spleen cell population: NKG2hi (50%) and NKG2low (50%). With the exception of DBA/2J mice, NKG2 is expressed on NK1.1+ cells from all mouse strains tested (C57BL/6, BALB/c, 129/J, C3H.SW, AKR/J, SJL).1.
Immunogen: CHO cells transfected with murine NKG2. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing KLRC1 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as KLRC1 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Bone Diseases, Carcinoma, Cell Transformation, Neoplastic, Encephalomyelitis, Autoimmune, Experimental, Inflammation, Liver Diseases, Liver Neoplasms, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Neoplasms, Experimental are some of the diseases may be linked to NKG2A,C,E. KLRC1 also interacts with the following gene(s): HLA-E, KLRD1, MHC, PTPN11, PTPN6. Blood, Brain, Eye, Kidney, Placenta, Uterus tissues are correlated with this protein.
