The KRT7 krt7 (Catalog #MBS2400774) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-KRT7/CK7/Cytokeratin 7 Antibody (clone OV-TL 12/30) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s KRT7/CK7/Cytokeratin 7 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Paraffin.IHC-P: 1:50. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the KRT7 krt7 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The KRT7 krt7 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #67782365) (NCBI Accession #NP_005547.3) (Uniprot Accession #P08729). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the Anti-KRT7/CK7/Cytokeratin 7 Antibody (clone OV-TL 12/30) with the following immunoassay(s):
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Anti-Cytokeratin 7/Keratin 7 antibody IHC of human breast epithelium. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody dilution 1:50.)
Cytokeratin 7 is a member of the keratin gene family. the type IIcytokeratins consist of basic or neutral proteins which are arranged inpairs of heterotypic keratin chains coexpressed during differentiationof simple and stratified epithelial tissues. This type II cytokeratin isspecifically expressed in the simple epithelia lining the cavities of the internal organs and in the gl and ducts and blood vessels.
Immunogen: OTN II ovarian carcinoma cell line.
Conjugation: Unconjugated. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing KRT7 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as KRT7 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. KRT7 also interacts with the following gene(s): EGFR, EIF3A, KRT13, KRT17. Intestine, Lung, Lymph Node, Ovary, Placenta, Prostate, Stomach, Thyroid, Uterus, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Breast Neoplasms, Carcinoma, Carcinoma, Renal Cell, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Liver Neoplasms, Lung Neoplasms, Neoplasm Metastasis, Neoplasms, Skin Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Anti-KRT7/CK7/Cytokeratin 7 Antibody (clone OV-TL 12/30).
