|The LAP3 lap3 (Catalog #MBS2528372) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The LAP3 Monoclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s LAP3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA (EIA).
IHC: 1:100-1:400. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LAP3 lap3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The LAP3 lap3 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #41393561) (NCBI Accession #NP_056991.2) (Uniprot Accession #P28838). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Western Blot (WB) (Western Blot analysis of NIH/3T3 cells using LAP3 Monoclonal Antibody at dilution of 1:3000)
LAP3(Leucine aminopeptidase 3) is also named as LAPEP, PEPS(peptidase S) and belongs to the peptidase M17 family. It can catalyzes the removal of unsubstituted N-terminal amino-acids from various peptides and be presumably involved in the processing end regular turnover of intracellular proteins. PEPS is found in a wide variety of tissues and cultured cells but not in red cells and skin. The enzyme can utilize several di-, tri-, and tetrapeptides as substrates and is the slowest migrating of the peptidases after electrophoresis. LAP3 has two isoform with MW of 52 and 56 kDa.
Immunogen: Fusion protein of LAP3. Buffer: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, PH7.3
Conjugation: Unconjugated. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing LAP3 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as LAP3 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Blood, Bone, Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Intestine, Lymph, Lymph Node, Muscle, Prostate tissues are correlated with this protein. Drug Toxicity, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to LAP3 Monoclonal Antibody. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
