The MAP3K11 map3k11 (Catalog #MBS644276) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MAP3K11 (MAP3K11, MLK3, PTK1, SPRK, Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 11, Mixed lineage kinase 3, Src-homology 3 domain-containing proline-rich kinase) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s MAP3K11 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB).Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA.
Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000
Western Blot: 1:100~500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MAP3K11 map3k11 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The MAP3K11 map3k11 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #4505195) (NCBI Accession #NP_002410.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q16584). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the MAP3K11 (MAP3K11, MLK3, PTK1, SPRK, Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 11, Mixed lineage kinase 3, Src-homology 3 domain-containing proline-rich kinase) with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (MAP3K11 western blot analysis in HepG2 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the MAP3K11 antibody detected the MAP3K11 protein (arrow).)
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the serine/threonine kinase family. This kinase contains a SH3 domain and a leucine zipper-basic motif. This kinase preferentially activates MAPK8/JNK kinase, and functions as a positive regulator of JNK signaling pathway. This kinase can directly phosphorylate, and activates IkappaB kinase alpha and beta, and is found to be involved in the transcription activity of NF-kappaB mediated by Rho family GTPases and CDC42.
Immunogen: MAP3K11 Mab is generated from mouse immunized with MAP3K11 recombinant protein. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing MAP3K11 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as MAP3K11 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Adrenal Gland, Blood, Prostate, Testis, Uterus tissues are correlated with this protein.
