|The MCP-3 ccl7 (Catalog #MBS695029) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-human MCP-3 reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s MCP-3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Neutralization, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB).
Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of Human MCP-3(100 ng/ml), a concentration of 1.0-3.0 mug/ml of this antibody is required.
Sandwich ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 ul/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 ug/ml of this antibody will detect recombinant human MCP-3 when used with biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human MCP-3 as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 ug/ml.
Western Blot: To detect hMCP-3 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hMCP-3 is 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, under reducing conditions and 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MCP-3 ccl7 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The MCP-3 ccl7 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #1170890) (NCBI Accession #P80098.3) (Uniprot Accession #P80098). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Produced in C3H/HeJ mice using highly pure (>98%) recombinant human MCP-3 as the immunizing antigen. This IgG1K antibody was purified from ascites fluid by Protein An affinity chromatography.
Immunogen: Recombinant Human MCP-3. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing MCP-3 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as MCP-3 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Blood, Intestine, Lung, Placenta, Skin, Uterus tissues are correlated with this protein. Atherosclerosis, Cardiovascular Diseases, Disease Models, Animal, Fibrosis, Hypersensitivity, Inflammation, Lung Diseases, Necrosis, Respiratory Hypersensitivity, Respiratory Tract Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Anti-human MCP-3. MCP-3 also interacts with the following gene(s): CCL11, CCL17, CCL2, CCL5, CCR1, CCR10, CCR2, CCR3, CCR5, CXCR3.
