The MDC ccl22 (Catalog #MBS695032) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-human MDC reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s MDC can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB).Sandwich ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 ul/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 ug/ml of this antibody will detect at least 100 pg/ml of recombinant human MDC when used with biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human MDC as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 1.0-2.0 ug/ml.
Western Blot: To detect hMDC by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.25-0.50 ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hMDC is 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MDC ccl22 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The MDC ccl22 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #311033357) (NCBI Accession #O00626.2) (Uniprot Accession #O00626). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Produced in BALB/c x ICR F1 mice using highly pure (>98%) recombinant human MDC as the immunizing antigen. This IgG1K antibody was purified from ascites fluid by Protein An affinity chromatography.
Immunogen: Recombinant Human MDC. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing MDC are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as MDC may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Carcinoma, Dermatitis, Atopic, Hypersensitivity, Inflammation, Liver Diseases, Lung Diseases, Necrosis, Respiratory Hypersensitivity, Respiratory Tract Diseases, Skin Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Anti-human MDC. MDC also interacts with the following gene(s): CCL17, CCR1, CCR2, CCR3, CCR4, CCR5, CCR7, CCR8, CXCR3. Blood, Bone, Eye, Kidney, Lung, Mouth, Pharynx, Skin, Thymus tissues are correlated with this protein.
