The NDEL1 ndel1 (Catalog #MBS832672) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s NDEL1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB).FC: 1:100
IHC: 1:150
WB: 1:2000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NDEL1 ndel1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The NDEL1 ndel1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #71284108) (NCBI Accession #NP_001020750) (Uniprot Accession #Q9GZM8). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the NDEL1 antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) (Flow Cytometric analysis of HEK293T cells transfected with either recombinant NDEL1 protein (red) or empty vector (blue) stained using NDEL1 antibody)
Western Blot (WB) (Western Blot analysis of HEK293T cell lysates (5 ug) transfected with either recombinant NDEL1 protein (Right) or empty vector (Left) detected with NDEL1 antibody)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Immunohistochemical analysis of NDEL1 protein in paraffin embedded Carcinoma of Human lung tissue using NDEL1 antibody)
Mouse monoclonal NDEL1 antibody.
Biological Significance: NDEL1 a thiol-activated peptidase that is phosphorylated in M phase of the cell cycle. Phosphorylation regulates the cell cycle-dependent distribution of this protein, with a fraction of the protein bound strongly tocentrosomes in interphase and localized to mitotic spindles in early M phase. Overall, this protein plays a role in nervous system development. Cross-Reactivity: Human
Immunogen: NDEL1 antibody was raised in mouse using a full length recombinant protein of human NDEL1 (NP_001020750) produced in HEK293T cells, as the immunogen. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing NDEL1 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as NDEL1 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. NDEL1 also interacts with the following gene(s): AURKA, CDK5, DISC1, DYNC1H1, NUDC, PAFAH1B1, TACC3, YWHAE. Brain Diseases, Cognition Disorders, Learning Disorders, Memory Disorders, Nerve Degeneration, Nervous System Diseases, Neural Tube Defects, Prenatal Exposure Delayed Effects, Seizures, Weight Loss are some of the diseases may be linked to NDEL1 antibody.
