The RCHY1 rchy1 (Catalog #MBS645221) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The RCHY1 (RING Finger and CHY Zinc Finger Domain-containing Protein 1, Androgen Receptor N-terminal-interacting Protein, CH-rich-interacting Match with PLAG1, E3 Ubiquitin-protein Ligase Pirh2, RING Finger Protein 199, Zinc Finger Protein 363, p53-induced RI reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s RCHY1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunofluorescence (IF).Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:200-1:1000
Flow Cytometry: 1:200-1:400
ELISA: 1:10,000
Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RCHY1 rchy1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The RCHY1 rchy1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #15930039) (NCBI Accession #AAH15464.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q96PM5). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the RCHY1 (RING Finger and CHY Zinc Finger Domain-containing Protein 1, Androgen Receptor N-terminal-interacting Protein, CH-rich-interacting Match with PLAG1, E3 Ubiquitin-protein Ligase Pirh2, RING Finger Protein 199, Zinc Finger Protein 363, p53-induced RI with the following immunoassay(s):
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Human Brain, cerebellum: Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE))
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Human Small Intestine, myenteric plexus: Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE))
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Human Tonsil: Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE))
Western Blot (WB) (Western blot analysis using Pirh2 mouse mAb against Hela (1), A549 (2), MCF-7 (3) and PC-12 (4) cell lysate.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) (Flow cytometric analysis of PC-12 cells using anti-Pirh2 mAb (blue) and negative control (red).)
RCHY1 protein has ubiquitin-protein ligase activity. This protein binds with p53 and promotes the ubiquitin-mediated proteosomal degradation of p53. Gene of RCHY1 is oncogenic because loss of p53 function contributes directly to malignant tumor development.
Immunogen: Recombinant corresponding to human RCHY1. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing RCHY1 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as RCHY1 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
