|The TCR, alpha, beta n/a (Catalog #MBS609865) is an Antibody produced from Hamster and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TCR, alpha, beta (T Cell Receptor, T-cell Receptor beta-1 Chain C Region, TRBC1, T-cell Receptor alpha Chain C Region, TRAC, TCRA) (PE/Cy5.5) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s TCR, alpha, beta can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS).
Flow cytometry 2,6,7,, Immunohistochemistry (acetone-fixed, frozen sections and formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections),, Immunoprecipitation 2,8,, In vitro stimulation of a/b TCR-expressing T cells 2,, In vitro and in vivo depletion of a/b TCR-bearing cells 9
Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 0.2ug/10e6 cells. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TCR, alpha, beta n/a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The TCR, alpha, beta n/a product has the following accession number(s) (GI #339361) (NCBI Accession #AAA61095.1). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

The alpha/beta TCR is expressed on T lymphocytes of all mouse strains tested.2 Plate-bound or soluble antibody activates a/b TCR-bearing T cells.2 In vitro and in vivo, this antibody can induce immature thymocytes to undergo apoptosis.3,4 In vivo administration of this antibody has been shown to deplete a/b TCR-bearing cells to near completion and prevent graft rejection.5.
Immunogen: TCR affinity purified from mouse T-cell hybridoma DO-11.10. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing TCR, alpha, beta are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as TCR, alpha, beta may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
